Grace Zander

Grace Zander is a writer-director based out of Los Angeles. Grace's work explores emotionally precise arcs that unfold just below the surface, often centered on the intimate complexities of relationship, self, and the tension between performance and truth. She is about to make her feature debut at Tribeca as an executive producer on Oscar Boyson's Our Hero, Balthazar - a darkly comic, psychologically layered film starring Jaeden Martell and Asa Butterfield. With a background in brand and narrative strategy, Grace approaches filmmaking with both artistic intuition and architectural awareness. Part of a new wave of storytellers emerging from behind-the-scenes roles, Grace is currently developing her first feature as a writer-director: an intimate psychological drama about the intersections of perception, presentation, and reality, and the sacrifices that get made to maintain the clarity of those images.
