- Krystal Anaís Amaya Navarro is a Mexican-American actor, writer, director, singer, and producer whose work bridges the worlds of performance and storytelling.
A graduate of the prestigious SUNY Purchase Conservatory, Krystal earned her BFA in Acting with High Honors as the only Latina in a company of fourteen actors. She also studied at BADA, specializing in Shakespeare and period etiquette.
Her passion for storytelling began early: at 17, her first co-written play was produced by her community theater and earned her an award for Excellence in Playwriting. Most recently, her original play CASA FUEGO premiered at the 2024 Hollywood Fringe Festival with an all-Latinx cast and crew. The play is now being developed as a feature film and has attracted interest from award-winning producers.
With credits spanning short films, music videos, theater, and original screen work, Krystal is now stepping fully into her role as a creator, developing and producing stories that center culture, identity, passion, and the complexity of the human experience.
