Scottie Fotré is an award-winning filmmaker and producer of the 2026 Oscar®-nominated short film A FRIEND OF DOROTHY The film stars Miriam Margolyes, Alistair Nwachukwu, Stephen Fry, and Oscar Lloyd.

Scottie is based in London and has over a decade of experience as a commercial producer in both the UK & North America. He previously led the YouTube Spaces team in Toronto, an innovative film & sound studio for Canadian artists to use free of charge. Scottie is extremely passionate about film & television. A FRIEND OF DOROTHY is his debut short, which is now available to stream on Disney+ in the UK and Europe.
