- Rob Day has served as Executive Vice President, Production, Endemol Shine North America, since March 2015. Day originally joined Endemol North America in December 2006 as Executive Vice President of Production.
Day oversees production on MasterChef (FOX), MasterChef Junior (FOX), LEGO Masters (FOX), Big Brother (CBS), Celebrity Big Brother (CBS), Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (HGTV), Wipeout (TBS), Foodtastic (Disney+) and Pride & Prejudice: An Experiment in Romance (Peacock).
Rob Day is a seasoned Production Executive with 18 years of experience working in various television formats including Unscripted, Game, Variety, Talk, Award, and Event. Prior to joining the corporate ranks at Endemol USA, Day served as Executive-In-Charge of Production for the Emmy Award-winning series Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
In his day-to-day duties, Day remains focused on ensuring every production is operating at maximum efficiency while continuing to deliver the high-quality product Endemol USA has become known for. As the world of television production continues to evolve, Rob enjoys finding new business models to increase the bottom line whether it be through acquisitions of technical equipment, the implementation of cutting-edge workflow or simply looking at traditional ways of production through a different lens.
In his free time, Day enjoys being on the water, basketball, music, cooking, and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
