Mini bio

  • Nadja Peulen is a German American bass player and actress. Nadja is the bass player for the Los Angeles based dark gothic industrial nu-metal band Coal Chamber. Coal Chamber is actively touring and about to embark on an Australian Tour with Mudvayne in early 2024. Coal Chamber reunited in 2023 for various festivals with Korn, Deftones, System of a Down and a summer amphitheater tour with Mudvayne and Gwar. The group released three full length albums on Roadrunner Records. In 1997 the self titled debut "Coal Chamber " sold gold status under then manager Sharon Osbourne. In 1999 the second album "Chamber Music" featuring Ozzy Osbourne on the track "Shock the monkey" was released and the third record "Dark Days" was released in 2002 featuring the hit "Fiend". After a long hiatus the band regrouped for their fourth full length album "Rivals" featuring Al Jorgensen (Ministry) released on Napalm Records in 2015. Cypress Hill featured Nadja on bass in their hit video "Rock Superstar" and "What's your name, what's your number" along side Tim Armstrong (Rancid). Nadja is filming for "Hubbard Street", an urban film set in East L.A. revolving around the serial killer Richard Ramirez produced by Inclusionary Films. Her character 'Iris" is Richard's nagging addicted girlfriend. More details to come.
