Ronaldo Lemos is a lawyer, technology and innovation specialist, and one of the leading advocates for the use of technology for social and cultural development in Brazil and around the world. He is internationally recognized for his work in the areas of technology, media, and intellectual property. He is the Director of the Institute of Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro (ITS Rio). He was one of the key architects of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.
