- Originating from Los Angeles and moving to the Las Vegas valley, Jason Halim's love for film stems from his high school's Video Production program. Going to UNLV shortly thereafter, he went through his four years of college, acquiring multiple accolades in local film festivals (Vegas Movie Awards, Spring Flicks, Athens Monthly Film Festival) and receiving first, second place, (2025) and honorable mentions (2023) for his music compositions. Specializing in on-set Sound, Film Scoring, and Directing, he has worked on over 30 short student films while at UNLV.
