Anna Maxim Harutyunyan (born 1989) is an Armenian filmmaker and a
professional member of the Guild of Armenian Directors and Producers. She earned
her Bachelor's degree in Acting from the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and
Cinematography (YSITC), and later obtained her Master's degree in Film Directing
from the renowned Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) in Moscow. Anna
is a well-known actress, recognized for the memorable roles she has portrayed. She
recently made a powerful debut as both director and lead actress in The Reverse
Side of the Medal (2024), where she took on the challenging role of a weightlifter -
a performance that has made a strong impact.
