- Junko Minagawa was born on November 22, 1975 in Tsuchiura, Japan. She is an actress, known for Sailor Moon Crystal (2014), Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (2006) and Chrono Crusade (2003).
- During her childhood, she actively participated in school plays. In kindergarten, she plays the difficult role of a duck in The Ugly Duckling, and in elementary school, she was in Kaguya-hime.
- Her first starring role also came on 2001, when she voiced Ryoma Echizen in The Prince of Tennis. When she got accepted for the role, she was so excited, and it was said that it was a miracle that an unnamed newcomer received the main character of the Weekly Shonen Jump. Playing the role of Ryoma's had a big influence on her; she says playing that role changed her life an actress, and it has shaped who she is now.
- She first got a major video game role, when she voiced Serika Shinjo in Tokimeki Memorial 3.
- As a voice actress, her first job was in a radio commercial for a hairdressing company.
