Kuma was born on December 15, 2001 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He was an actor, known for An American Crime (2007), Wrong (2012) and Dog with a Blog (2012). He died on November 21, 2018 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Kuma was trained exclusively by his owner Sarah Clifford, who rescued Kuma as a young puppy from the South Los Angeles Animal Shelter. Kuma is known to be one of Hollywood's top trained dogs in the industry to date (as of 2012) knowing well over 75 different trained behaviors.

One of the many amazing tricks that this dog can do is picking up in his teeth coins that are lying flat on the ground, and dropping them into a piggy bank.

Kuma played the role of Stan the Dog on the first 5 episodes of "Dog with a Blog (2012)" after auditioning and being picked from over a hundred professionally trained canines.

He does almost all of his own stunts.
