Biography

Balot was born in 1926. He is an actor, known for Di bale na lang (1987), Tondo: Libingan ng mga siga (1992) and Kumander Bawang: kalaban ng mga aswang (1988).

His earlier movies were drama-romance, but he became popular after he shifted to comedy
