Jocelyn Mayaudon

Jocelyn Mayaudon is a Mexican-born filmmaker based in Canada, whose creative journey began as an actor in Mexico before she discovered a passion for shaping stories behind the camera. She earned her Motion Picture Arts Degree at Capilano University, where she immersed herself in every facet of filmmaking, from production design to cinematography to producing, developing a hands-on understanding of the craft. Drawing on her early acting experience, Jocelyn approaches each project with an eye for human nuance, character-driven storytelling, and visual storytelling that resonates emotionally. Her work seeks to explore the unexpected intersections of culture, identity, and emotion.
