  • Shivantha is a film, theatre, voice over actor and musician of Sri Lankan descent.

    He is known for Funny Boy (2020), Furiosa (2024), Ice Road 2: Vengeance (2025), Placebo Heart (2018), City of Mercy (2014) and Death Trail (2018).

    His narration of The Booker Prize Winner 'The Seven Moons of Maali Almeida' was nominated for Best Audiobook of the Year in the UK in 2023.

    He was nominated for a Green Room Award (Most Outstanding Performer) for his roles in Shakespeare's 'As You Like It' at the Melbourne Theatre Company (2022).

    He won Best Supporting Actor for Last Game (2012) at the Asians On Film Festival LA and Best Actor (Death Trail) at the Asians On Film Festival (2019).

    In 2012, he was selected to make his Off Broadway debut in Tom Stoppard's Indian Ink at the Roundabout Theatre. The same year, he was selected for the ABC Variety Showcase in New York.

    He studied on scholarship at America's oldest acting conservatory The American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

    He has lived in England, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Italy, Australia and New York.
