  • Suzanne Gielgud film career began in 2004 she worked on Oliver Stone's feature Alexander, casting all the dancers in the film, after which she founded Gielgud Films and made her debut documentary 'Dancing for Oliver'. The film was selected for festivals worldwide including the Marbella Film Festival where it won Best Documentary Award 2006. Since then Gielgud Films has specialised in filming docs, shorts and producing live ballet and opera performances. In 2016, Suzanne's documentary 'The Gospel of Ross McKim' was selected for film festivals including Raindance Film Festival and Hollywood International Independent Documentary Awards in October 2016 where it won her a Best wrote Feature and Female Filmmaker award. In 2016, Suzanne wrote debut feature film 'Olga' through the MA in Film at Raindance/Staffordshire University which won 'Best Unproduced Script' at the 2018 Nice Film Festival, received an 'honourable mention' at the 2018 New York International Screenplay Awards.
