W.C. Sellar was born on December 27, 1898 in Golspie, Scotland, UK. He was a writer, known for 1066: And All That (1939), 1066 and All That (1947) and 1066 and All That (1952). He died on June 11, 1951.

Wrote for "Punch". Best-known for the book, "1066 and All That" (1930), a tongue-in-cheek guide to "all the history you can remember", which he wrote with R.J. Yeatman.
