Mehrdad Afrasiabi is an accomplished Iranian Director of Photography with over a decade of dedicated experience in visual storytelling. His journey in filmmaking began at the tender age of twelve, fostering a profound passion for cinematography that later blossomed into a professional career after earning his degree in Film Directing. Afrasiabi's expertise spans a wide array of projects, including feature films, short films, documentaries, and television series. He is highly skilled in all technical and artistic aspects of cinematography, from intricate lighting design to advanced color grading and editing. "Alone Together" also earned the Best Directing and Editing Award at the 70th Razhia Festival and was nominated for Best Short Film at the 43rd Fajr Film Festival.
