Was producing the shelved film Indradhanush. Starring Sanjay Dutt, Kumar Gaurav. Producer Salim Akhtar and Shashi Ranjan signed Sanjay Dutt for this film but in the early 1990's, Sanjay walked out of the project, the reasons being contradictory as the withdrawal obviously didn't happen amicably. The project was cancelled thereafter. The film was to be directed by Raj N Sippy.
