Carly has been called: "The Chameleon" In the Acting world because she has been known to film up to 3 different characters in one day going from ghoul to sweet mom to killer.
"The Multi-Sensory Multi-Media Consultant" In the business world: Because she teaches people how to use the multi-sensory in multi-media.
"Collaborative Empowerment Implementer & Muse" In the business and social media world: Because she is always posting and talking the power of collaboration, empowerment and implementation to her clients, teams and friends....
Carly's Chief Aim is to Bridge the East & the West using various Methodologies: Psychology, Philosophy, Theologies, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Feng Shui, Energetics, Organization Management, Structure and Implementation, Conscious Hiring and Policies, Effective Win-Win Communications, and Team Leadership Building & Co-Creation and Overall Wellness and Fitness.
Carly left the United States at the age of 5 and grew up in Central America. First lived in Mexico for 2 1/2 years, then Caracas,Venezuela, for 2 yrs, then, Sao Paulo, Brazil for 3 yrs., coming back to the United States in 9th Grade of High School. She always had an ear for languages and loved culture, people and the idea of collaborative family living as central america families tended to live by. Carly took that and when she started diving into studies, studied extensively both Eastern and Western philosophies.
Carly dabbled in singing, dancing, playing the guitar and piano since the 6th grade. She was in West Side Story, Showboat, and Yankee Doodle Dandy, overseas. She loved tap dancing, and her mother would think it was the radio playing when her friend and her would be playing their guitars and singing. When she came back to the US in high school she mostly still just dabbled in the arts as a hobby.
Carly Alyssa Thorne opened her 1st Conscious Business in 1988 called Learning, Playing & Growing Inc.- Empowering individuality, thru arts, education, play and organic healthy nutrition and lifestyle. This is where her passion and curiosity grew about the the Mind, Body, Spirit Connections working with children, hospice and the disabled population of all types and ages. The spirit of the disabled empowered her, to also look within and transform her own conflicts from having grown up with severe sexual, verbal, and physical abuse and undergoing 35 surgeries from 1985- to date.
Her last Wellness Center was back East in 2002-Celestial Wellness & Fitness Studio- A Boutique Business she created after having lost her Consulting job on Medical Cases for a Fitness Firm she worked for at World Trade Center Tower #1 - Having missed the Planes by ONE Hour, Carly Got Clear on a few things... Life is Precious and I want to reach out to as many people as I possibly can thru consulting and media.
As fate would have it after 9/11 Carly made the decision to move to CA. it would take a few years to get it all into gear to close down her business etc.. However in 2004 she moved to Venice, CA and it all began, the best decision of her life and that is when all of her passions merged. Her passions of working with the entertainment business. speakers, leaders, and getting back into her own passion of singing, acting, writing, directing etc...
Carly has co-authored many books, as she finds collaborative writing much more fun. Carly tends to write mostly about empowerment, spirituality, health, We Social Media, and Conscious Business Collaborations. You can go to Amazon to find the lasted.
Carly having signed numerous NDA's has worked with Top Speakers, Leaders, CEO's, various Productions and Fortune 500 Companies in a Consultant capacity. Having growing up overseas and traveling extensively and having been under the public eye & scrutiny constantly due to family business, she understands and values others privacy and thus until now has remained a Private Consultant, The Transformationlist Behind the Curtain... Now she is ready to be in front of the curtain to Create Massive Global Transformations thru her Consulting and Media Platforms.
