- Sasha was born March 19, 1975, in Chicago. His mother is Serbian and she is best-known for her long run as a news anchor for Serbian television in Chicago during the 80s. His father is American and was a talented baseball player from West Virgina. He passed away in 1996. His sister and brother-in-law both enjoy meaningful careers in their medical professions, respectively. At age 18, Sasha moved to South Florida on a full ride to play baseball. A very gifted baseball and soccer player, he walked on at the University of Kansas the following year.
After college, Sasha moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. He was hooked right off the bat when he landed an opportunity to work on the the film Tears of the Sun.
Sasha has been studying at the Beverly Hills Playhouse since 2003 with renowned director and teacher Milton Katselas, Richard Lawson, and Allen Barton.
Sasha has performed in numerous short films. He also enjoyed a recurring stint on The Bold and the Beautiful. And has directed and shot countless other times.
