Biography

Yash Gor has been making films since the age of 11. Though his early projects were simple stop-motion shorts crafted with whatever was at hand, they ignited a deep and lasting passion for visual storytelling. After relocating from the United States to Australia to complete high school, Yash embraced the opportunity for a creative reset-immersing himself in the world of animation for two years before transitioning into live-action filmmaking.

His move to live action marked a significant evolution in his craft, sharpening his focus on directing, cinematography, and producing. Yash holds a dual degree in Film, Screen, and New Media at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), where he accumulated a wide range of production credits across short films, music videos, and branded content. His work reflects a growing interest in mood-driven storytelling, visual experimentation, and international screen cultures.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Yash is the co-founder of NoComment Productions, a developing film collective and production company, and host of its upcoming podcast exploring on-set stories, creative process, and interview style content. With a strong foundation in both practical production and theoretical frameworks, Yash continues to explore the intersections of culture, technology, and narrative in film.
