- Genu Lee is a filmmaker, writer, and producer raised in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. A recent graduate of Cornell University, Genu's passion for storytelling was sparked early on, where he took a guerrilla approach to filmmaking, capturing raw and authentic moments from his youth and his community. These formative experiences culminated in the creation of his upcoming project, Valley Daze (2025), a film that reflects the vibrant and complex culture of his hometown.
In addition to his work behind the camera, Genu is a member of the band Skirtboy, blending his creative talents across multiple artistic platforms. Whether in Los Angeles or New York, Genu continues to push the boundaries of his craft.
