Biography

Anna was raised in Newport, R.I., by Greek parents and began acting in regional theaters at 18 yrs. old. She has written and produced several plays, screenplays, and three award winning documentary features for the Greek Heritage Society of S.CA. Olympia Dukakis narrates all three films. The Pioneers (1900-1942) The Promise of Tomorrow (1940-1960) The New Greek Americans (1960-2018) Anna is an advocate of Arts-in-Education, and has been a Teaching Artist in Los Angeles where she resides with her husband Bob Luna, an accomplished musician and composer. She is working on a mini series adaptation of "I Was Trained to Be a Spy."
