Kelly Brandon is a Miami actress and aspiring stunt/action actress raised in Coral Gables, Florida. With a lifelong background in athletics and performance, she began training in dance and gymnastics at the age of four and later studied dance, English, and law in college. She also competed in soccer throughout her youth and has been an avid runner for most of her life, completing multiple half and full marathons, including the New York City Marathon in 2013. Her strong athletic foundation helped shape the physical discipline and endurance that would later influence both her acting and stunt work.
Brandon began modeling at fourteen and spent nearly a decade as a professional dancer in the Miami nightlife and entertainment industry, performing as a resident dancer for both Madonna and Prince’s South Beach nightclubs during Miami’s iconic 90s nightlife era. Her experiences in performance, movement, and live entertainment ultimately led her toward film and television acting, where she gravitated toward emotionally complex dramatic roles, thrillers, action-driven storytelling, comedy and sensual, sophisticated female characters.
Trained in both Meisner and Method acting techniques, Brandon combines emotional depth with a strong physical presence on screen. Due to her athletic background, she was encouraged by an acting coach to pursue stunt training, where she discovered a passion for action performance. She has trained extensively with stunt professionals Yessenia Cossio and Christopher Bogdanski-Shore at Miami Action Design, specializing in acrobatics, wire work, firearms and tactics, wrecks, and reactions.
In addition to appearing in commercials, short films, and dramatic scenes, Brandon co-founded a boutique media company focused on helping emerging actors develop their branding and on-camera presence. She is also a longtime yoga teacher and recently began exploring screenwriting, having written her first short. Brandon continues to pursue film and television opportunities that blend grounded emotional storytelling with strong female-driven action roles.
