Biography

Lita attended York University in Toronto with her major in Theatre but after moving to Vancouver singing lead with a band, she quickly fell in love with Film. Her first major role was alongside Megan Follows in Open Heart and since has worked with Kate Beckinsale, Sam Rockwell, Nicky Katt, Rob Lowe, Julia Ormond, David Boreanaz, and Wendy Crewson.

Studied Acting at York University in Toronto

Her first onscreen bedroom scene was with Nicky Katt in 'Snow Angels' 2006

Was scouted for and accepted to the Alvin Ailey School of Dance in NYC on full scholarship but chose an acting path instead.

Was featured in the New York film magazine "Big" in Fall 2007 for her role in Snow Angels.
