Brent L. Peterson

Brent L Peterson is a filmmaker with over 25 years of experience spanning cinematography, writing, producing and directing. These core roles are strengthened by his background in editing, visual effects, and design. This broad foundation in addition to extensive life experience has shaped him into a versatile director with both technical mastery, visual artistry, and a connection to the human element. After many years working in documentary, commercial and corporate filmmaking, he has recently refocused on the passion that guided him from the beginning: narrative cinema. This return has led to multiple award-winning short films, as well as his work as Director of Photography on dozens of independent projects recognized at festivals worldwide. His ultimate goal is to write and direct his debut feature film.
