Daniel Ethan is a San Antonio born filmmaker, actor, and composer whose passion for storytelling began at an early age. He first stepped onto the stage in middle school, quickly taking on both supporting and leading roles in theatrical productions by a very young age. These early experiences ignited a lasting dedication to the performing arts and visual storytelling.

Ethan’s introduction to filmmaking came through the 48 Hour Film Festival in his hometown of San Antonio, where he embraced the challenge despite his young age. It was there that he discovered a deep passion for bringing stories to life on screen, an ambition that continues to shape his creative journey.

Throughout his education, Ethan committed himself to mastering multiple aspects of filmmaking, including editing techniques and professional screenwriting. Driven by a desire to understand the craft in its entirety, he developed into a versatile creator capable of working across all stages of production.

Upon attending The University of Texas at San Antonio, Ethan immediately immersed himself in collaborative filmmaking, producing a short film alongside fellow creatives. These early college experiences led to meaningful professional relationships, many of which he continues to maintain today.

Beyond acting, he has contributed extensively behind the scenes as an editor, producer, writer, director, music composer, and sound editor, with projects featured in numerous film festivals.
