Alessandro Cerullo

Alessandro Cerullo is a Canadian filmmaker known for his larger-than-life characters, carefully-crafted dialogue, and original stories that are equally dark and comedic. Cerullo has independently written, cast, produced, and directed three films and two music videos as part of his upcoming anthology series VICEGRIP, a proof-of-concept slate built to demonstrate what can be achieved through resourcefulness, passion, and creative vision. With a background in design, philosophy, and film production, Cerullo blends creative thinking with hands-on execution across every stage of production. His work includes developing story treatments and designing pitch decks for established Canadian TV writers and directors, serving as a Producer's Assistant for Canadian production companies, and diverse on-set experience in script supervision, production design, audio recording and art direction.
