Poison(II)

Poison is an American rock band formed in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania in 1983. Band members include vocalist Bret Michaels, drummer Rikki Rockett and bassist Bobby Dall. They moved to Los Angeles, California but in 1985 guitarist Matt Smith left the band. They soon enlisted guitarist C.C. DeVille. DeVille was fired in 1991 and replaced by guitarist Richie Kotzen. When it was discovered that Kotzen had become romantically involved with Rockett's then fiancée he was fired and replaced by Blues Saraceno in November 1993. DeVille returned to Poison in 1996 to replace Saraceno. Poison are largely attributed to the Hair Metal scene in the 1980s.
