Shakira Forstpointner is a Brisbane-based actor working across feature films, television, and independent screen productions. Known for her grounded screen presence, emotional depth, and strong on-set professionalism, she brings an emotionally honest and thoughtful approach to character-driven storytelling. Her screen credits include Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, Godzilla x Kong: Supernova, Apples Never Fall, Anaconda, Allen (working title), the television series Fortitude Valley directed by Sian Davies, and the feature film Breakin’ Silence. She has also worked as an approved stand-in and picture double for Thandiwe Newton, reflecting her technical precision and experience within high-level production environments. In December 2024, Shakira received Best Actress for her lead performance in Enmeshed, recognised for its emotional honesty and layered performance and is developing original screen projects through her production company, Meri Film Productions.
