Trevor Hazel

Trevor Hazel joined Industrial Light & Magic in 2003. Since joining ILM, Trevor has moved up the ranks as a Visual Effects Supervisor, responsible for the development and look of the visual effects on the projects he oversees. His recent projects include The Creator and The End of Oak Street.
Trevor is a Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and has played a key creative role on some of the biggest and most groundbreaking films of all time, including Best VFX Award Nominees: Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Deepwater Horizon, Doctor Strange, Kong: Skull Island, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Ready Player One, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and Pirates of the Caribbean 1-3.
In addition to ILM, Trevor has worked at Weta Digital, ESC Entertainment and The Orphanage. He is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a degree in Film (Media Studies). He studied Film, Television , Animation and Art History before moving to San Francisco to work in the film industry.
Trevor grew up moving around the United States from Philadelphia to Wisconsin to North Carolina and now resides in San Anselmo, California with his wife and two children. In addition to working on movies, Trevor enjoys hanging out with his corgi, Morty.
