Raymond Hernandez Jr. is a distinguished figure in the entertainment industry, with an extensive background in cinematography, business administration, television production, advertising, and marketing. He holds degrees in these fields, providing a solid foundation for his diverse and successful career.

After completing his education, Hernandez was recruited by HBO, marking the beginning of his professional journey in the entertainment world. He quickly rose to prominence, becoming an Executive Producer at Telemundo Network. In 1993, he founded his own production group in Miami, producing a wide array of projects including feature films, original movies, music videos, TV commercials, television specials, and various programs targeting audiences in the United States, Latin America, and Europe.

In 1996, Hernandez joined FM Entertainment in Beverly Hills as a Consulting Producer, overseeing the business and production aspects of the company. He contributed to notable films such as "My Little Hollywood" featuring Sylvester Stallone and Dennis Hopper. In 1998, he expanded his production group from Miami to Los Angeles, focusing on the global development, production, and distribution of feature films, television series, documentaries, advertising campaigns, television commercials, and music videos. This included an exclusive production deal with Sony Music International.

In 2001, Hernandez became the Executive Producer and Head of Production of "LATV Live," the first bilingual television show in the United States, designed to capitalize on the growing Latin music scene. At the end of the year, he was appointed President and Head of Production for Bluestar Entertainment, where he was responsible for major productions for Sony Music and produced the Latino version of the renowned television show "Top of the Pops" for the BBC in London.

Hernandez's achievements continued with the production of the 5th Annual "Latin Music Fan Awards" in 2003, which aired from the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas and became the highest-rated show on Telemundo Network that year. In 2004, he expanded his company to include a talent management division, significantly impacting the careers of several Latino media icons by securing major roles and sponsorships in television and film.

Between 2005 and 2007, Hernandez produced and directed projects for Sony/BMG and Universal Records, developed television pilots for Venevision International and Univision Network, and created a reality-television pilot for the Discovery Channel. In 2008, he served as a Production Consultant for "Survivor-Spain" and produced the farewell concert for the famous Latino Pop Band "RBD" in Madrid, Spain.

In 2022, Hernandez merged his two production companies to form Bluecode Entertainment. This new entity is responsible for producing various television projects, including the documentary feature film "El Titan: The Adrian Gonzalez Story" for Paramount Pictures, currently airing on Amazon Prime. In March 2024, he further expanded his influence by opening 8888 Films, a venture designed to provide theatrical release opportunities for filmmakers, offering content to 5,000 movie screens across 800 cinemas in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
