Ruslan Barenboym

Ruslan Barenboym is an American actor and comedian. Born in Kharkiv, Ukraine to Irina and Aleksandr Barenboym a retail manager and a truck driver respectively. From and early age Ruslan showed aptitude for performing arts including music, signing, and dance. Upon immigrating to the US, he studied acting at Oakland Community College near Detroit. Ruslan further enhanced his acting and improv skills at Second City in Chicago. He then went on to hone his screen acting craft in London at City Academy London, The Acting Masters, and Run At It Shouting. Along the way Ruslan played a variety of roles, before landing the lead role as Stepan / President Leonid Kravchuk in Tony Leliw's satire "Ukraine's Gold". Ruslan lives in London with his wife Lynette and children Jonah and Nina.
