Drew's early years were defined by constant movement, growing up in cities worldwide-Nicosia, Riyadh, Stuttgart-each place shaping his perspective and curiosity. But despite the rich experiences of his upbringing, he found himself searching for something more.

That search led him to the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a forward observer for an 81mm mortar platoon. Stationed primarily at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center in 29 Palms, California, he unexpectedly crossed paths with the entertainment industry in nearby Palm Springs. At the time, he had no idea how significant that encounter would be.

When his service ended in 2001, Drew had planned to pursue a career in financial planning, but Los Angeles had other ideas. Drawn to the city's energy and creativity, he took a leap of faith, starting as a production assistant and working his way up. He quickly discovered a passion for film editing-shaping raw footage into compelling stories fascinated him.

Editing became more than a career; it became a craft, a form of storytelling that combined technical skill with artistic instinct. Over time, he honed his abilities, working alongside fellow creatives to bring projects to life. For Drew, the cutting room isn't just a workspace-it's a place of collaboration, problem-solving, and storytelling at its purest.

His journey reflects the unpredictability of finding one's true calling. From a childhood spent abroad to the structure of the Marine Corps and the unpredictable world of filmmaking, each step led him to where he is today-a storyteller dedicated to shaping narratives that resonate.
