Biography

Paul Bates is a freelance Online Editor, Colorist and Smoke Artist. He was Head of Post Production at Diverse Production Ltd until April 2010. Paul joined Diverse in 1992 as on-line editor. He became Head of Post Production in 2002 but continued in his role of Editor and Colorist. Paul has worked in the television industry since 1982. Prior to joining Diverse he worked in Videotape and Telecine departments at the BBC and as a staff Editor at Soho facilities house TVi.
