Dale Loon

Dale is an Ojibwe of Grassy Narrows First Nation in Northern Ontario. Dale has spent the majority of his life in the restaurant industry. As a person struggling with his past, jumping from job to job. Then going back to the very same jobs that he previously had. Felt like he was in an constant loop of something that didn't mean anything. When dropping into 11 years of homelessness and battling and alcoholic addiction.

Dale made the sudden choice to go to Toronto Film School. No real plan, he dropped his family and friends and turned away from everything he knew. To go to a place that was totally alien, and he did it alone. Still with no plan, Dale pursued his education in Film Production with Toronto Film School.
