Jerrel "Jimmy" Floyd Hasselbaink played for ten clubs over 18 seasons, scoring 245 goals in the process, but it was as a Chelsea player that his career peaked. Jimmy was a club record signing when he joined from Atlético Madrid in 2000. The fee of £15m could be considered a bargain, as he averaged nearly a goal every two games over the next four years. Jimmy helped Chelsea to qualify for the Champions League twice, and in March 2004 he became the only player in Chelsea's history to score 3 times after coming on as a substitute, with a hat-trick against Wolverhampton Wanderers. Jimmy left Chelsea in the summer of 2004 as a result of the new manager looking to bring in his own players. He joined Middlesbrough and later played for Charlton and Cardiff.Ironically, his first Charlton goal was scored at Stamford Bridge and he earned an ovation from the home supporters as he refused to celebrate the goal. From July 2011, Jimmy was a member of the coaching staff at Nottingham Forest and during this time he was working towards his UEFA 'A' coaching license. However he left the club in January 2013 after former manager Sean O'Driscoll was sacked. In June 2013, Jimmy was appointed as the manager of Royal Antwerp in Belgium, and appeared on Football shows including 'Goals on Sunday' and 'SoccerAM'. Jimmy joined Burton Albion in the 2014/15 season and got them promoted in his first season at the club.
