Keitan Yadav (Chief Operating Officer/ VFX Producer ) Keitan Yadav, is a renowned name in the industry not just for his vision, but also for his leadership skills, youthful energy and strategic abilities. Keitan currently helms the Business Development & Operations for both divisions: Redchillies.vfx & Redchillies.color

Having started his career in 1996 and spending 8 years in the advertising industry, Keitan forayed into the Film Vfx world in 2003. His first movie as Vfx Producer & Supervisor was with Shah Rukh Khan's maiden venture 'Main Hoon Na.' Keitan has been honoured with the National Award in 2011 for 'Ra.One' as it set a benchmark in the realm of visual effects in Indian cinema. Other awards include 4 Filmfares, 5 IIFA and many more.

With his ability to adequately render cross functional leadership, he effortlessly maneuvers the technology department, programming, production, content management, finances and eventually creating the studio to become dexterous in terms of possessing leading-edge hardware and software.

Keitan has significantly contributed in preliminary design & development of the studio, building operational policies and strategic planning for maintaining the corporate image of the company. He has effectively managed overseas shoot deals in countries like US, UK & Australia.

Achievements: Under his guidance, redchillies.vfx has bagged several awards and achievements like . Won the prestigious Indian National Film Award for Best Special Effects for creation of fantastic visuals in the movie Ra.one in 2012. . Got an opportunity to showcase studio's visual prowess through a special screening of the movie Ra.One for the globally renowned VES fraternity (Visual Effects Society) in the L.A Film School. . Have been awarded with 4 Filmfare awards, 7 FICCI BAF awards, 4 IIFA Awards, 4 Zee Cine Awards, 5 Apsara Film and Producers Guild Award for Best Special Effects to name a few. . The studio has also received acknowledgements from other awarding bodies like - Jagran Film Festival, Screen Awards in addition to Pandolin Technical Award among others.
