Biography

The only known individual in modern Hollywood to act, screenwrite, and close the accounting books at a major studio level. Also a rare triple-citizen, Ron holds passports from the US, Israel, and Austria.

An actor who'd cut his teeth in East Coast theater, Ron appeared in a litany of cop/detective roles in TV/film. Trained in-house as a screenwriter at Paramount, he was also a developer for a world-renowned producer. He closed Disney and Sony studios' accounting books for quarterly 10Q releases multiple times, and facilitated corp finance/accounting operations for Warner Brothers, Fox, Paramount, and other entertainment companies. A new media pioneer, he created and showran 'Beverlywood' (2008), one of the world's first webseries. The biggest scope webseries for its time, its viral press release was first to explain the word "webisode".

Born in Israel and raised in Suffern, NY, Ron served in the Israeli Army during wartime, and was a fighter-pilot candidate for the Israeli Air Force and US Air National Guard. The son of an electronics engineer father and Brandeis University-teacher mother, Ron graduated Framingham State University as a class valedictorian with perfect 4.0 GPA.

A black belt in Korean hapkido, taught by Grandmaster Ho-Jin Song, Ron is also an amateur chocolatier, and brother to famous electric guitarists Ethan Brosh and Nili Brosh.
