Alyssa Ashley Manugas

Prefers to be called 'Ashley' or 'Ash,' she is a graduate from the University of the Philippines Cebu with a Bachelor's Degree on Mass Communication. Ashley expresses all her raw emotions and deep thoughts through her short films. That is, when she's not doing her day job -- pleasing clients and bosses in the field of marketing. Ashley is part of Sine Kabataan 2023 for "The Brief History of a Filipino Astronaut" - the 2024 Binisaya Best Film at Binisaya International Film Festival. November 2024, her short film, "Kataw" won the year's Best Film at Oscar Lopez Center's Mga Kwento ng Klima. It also bagged the Best Editing and Jury Prize for Cinematic Lens awards.
