Hind Rajab(2018-2024)
Hind Rajab was a five year old Palestinian girl from Gaza City, whose death on 29 January 2024 became one of the most widely reported tragedies of the Gaza war.
She was traveling with her aunt, uncle, and four cousins when their car came under intense Israeli tank fire, leaving Hind the only survivor inside the vehicle for several hours.
During this time, she made a phone call to the Palestine Red Crescent Society, pleading: "I’m very scared, please come. Come take me. Please, will you come?".
