Biography

Attended the University of Southern California, Thornton School of Music. Class of 98. Joined the USC Trojan Marching Band his last year in attendance and currently works for the SC Band part-time.

Son of Ruben Rodriguez and 'Soledad Martinez'. Brother of 'Laura Martinez' (songwriter and singer of her dance hit "Ritmo Latino" on Thump Records.).

Plays percussion and friends with Dinah Englund. Also, met Mindy Cohn through her. And of course, her mother Cloris Leachman.

Engineering Assistant on Lila Downs CD, "Live on KPFK-90.7 fm." Recorded live in Los Angeles at KPFK's Studio 'A' on November 10, 1998.

Schoolmate with Kim Fields at Colfax Avenue Elementary School in North Hollywood, California. They played kick ball after school on opposing teams.
