Sarah Wingfield is a UK-based actress, producer, author, blogger, and disability advocate from County Durham, England.

She works across independent film, community productions, writing, and media, with a particular interest in character-driven storytelling, psychological themes, and socially conscious projects. Alongside acting, Sarah is the founder and editor of Aycliffe Alternative Magazine, a community publication highlighting independent creatives, filmmakers, musicians, and advocacy-led work across the North East of England.

Sarah has been creatively active from a young age.
