- John Christian Plummer began writing and producing for television and film after 15 years working in theater, during which time he founded and ran the Actors Shakespeare Company in Albany, NY. His career includes four years making verite documentaries with the New York Times, during which time he was also a founding member of a downtown NYC sketch comedy group, Mr. JumpyPants. For over a decade he’s been writing television drama, with a focus on mysteries and spy thrillers. He is married to his frequent collaborator, actor Maia Guest, and they are parents to the acclaimed actor, Charlie Plummer, and LMU screenwriting student James Plummer.
