Biography

Helder Fraguas was born in Lisbon. He's a lawyer. He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon (Classical University). Guilherme Palma Carlos was his patron during his law internship. He was a notary, university professor, trainer of the Bar Association and member of the Management Council of the Center for Judicial Studies. He is a retired judge. He is the author of the books "Se a Justiça Falasse..." and "Sucesso Carreiras Juridicas". Helder Fraguas was a columnist for the newspaper "Correio Manha", and author of the weekly chronicle "Aqui e Agora".
