A native Californian, Jerry Whitfield wrote articles for his high school paper and later became the feature-page editor. He earned
his Bachelor's Degree in Television/Radio Production and interned at KIIS-FM, Los Angeles. After graduating, he worked as a Jungle Cruise skipper at Disneyland and moonlighted as a disc jockey at Q96 FM in Twenty-nine Palms, California.
Jerry completed his first screenplay a few years later and was accepted into the University of Southern California's Graduate Screenwriting Program were he earned his MFA.
Now he is living a quiet life with his wife and teen-aged daughter in Pasadena, CA.... or is he?
