Over the course of a 15-year career, Mudit Mathur has embarked on a remarkable journey from being a Professional Photographer to evolving into a Cinematographer, Filmmaker, and Entrepreneur. His photographic voyage commenced in 2010 while attending the National Institute of Advertising (NIA), where he assumed the role of the institute’s photographer and simultaneously engaged in freelance design projects in print and digital media.
As he traversed the nation for journalism, film, and branding undertakings, he found himself exploring diverse genres of Photography and Videography. Whether it was capturing the essence of landscapes, crafting compelling portraits, delving into the world of food and product photography, or documenting the wonders of wildlife, he left no stone upturned.
He worked then with an HR magazine as a creative director before starting his own production house. This journey ultimately led him to work as a filmmaker, creating a multitude of films and media projects for prestigious brands, CSRs, and NGOs. Mudit’s deep love for documentary filmmaking is shared by his wife and co-founder, Deepanvita. Together with unwavering passion for the creative process, they have embarked on a journey of pursuing documentary projects for their production company Mudart, which also gradually grew to teaching students the art of visuals and storytelling.
