Jewell Elizabeth Carol Regan was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, on April 15th, 2002. She is a dedicated filmmaker whose journey from Bryant High School to the University of Arkansas has been marked by a passion for storytelling and a commitment to excellence. Her journey into the film industry began during her college years where she embraced various roles both in front and behind the camera. Jewell attended Pulaski Technical College for her associate's degree, which she was awarded in the summer of 2021. In the spring of 2022, she transferred to the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville to finish her bachelor's degree. Jewell graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in communications, a minor in gender studies, and a focus on film studies. While she was enrolled at the university she was a part of the communications honors society Lambda Pi Eta (LPH). In her final semester at the University of Arkansas, Fall of 2023, Jewell gathered a crew of other students and directed her first short film, "The Gold." Since "The Gold", Jewell has worked with other students, making short films with Andrew Culver - director of "Untitled", as his assistant director and co-editor, Marla Williams - director of "70X7", as her assistant director, and Rhonda Gulliver - director of "Back by Monday", as her head of continuity.
