Kamishiro Tsutomu (Kamio Ryu) has become a manga scenario writer in 1991. In 1993, Kamishiro Tsutomu has also become a script writer for movies and TV shows, and has written numbers of Anime scripts. In parallel, Kamishiro Tsutomu has been working for creations of play scripts and novels. Kamishiro Tsutomu is also called Kamio Ryu. Recently, Kamishiro Tsutomu mainly writes manga scenarios under the name of Kamio Ryu.
