Pramod Sharma is a filmmaker based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Born in 2002, he began his journey into cinema at the young age of 16 and has been actively involved in independent filmmaking since 2018. In 2019, he directed his debut short film Mafia (2019), marking the beginning of his hands-on experience in storytelling and visual expression.
Pramod is a multi-talented creative, having worked across various aspects of filmmaking including acting, direction, writing, production design, and post-production. His deep understanding of the filmmaking process reflects his commitment to mastering the art from every angle.
He has also served as an Assistant Director on multiple film sets and worked as a production designer on a Rajasthani-language film, contributing significantly to regional cinema.
In addition to his work on set, Pramod is the founder of Palette Prime Creations, a creative community and production label that aims to support and promote fresh storytelling and independent content creation.
Driven by passion and a grassroots approach to filmmaking, Pramod continues to evolve as a filmmaker, dedicated to bringing powerful, locally-rooted narratives to the screen.
