Austen Wilmot

Austen Wilmot is a Perth-based Australian actor. He made his screen debut in a supporting role in the feature film "The Surfer", appearing alongside Nicolas Cage. In 2024, he attended the Cannes Film Festival for the film's world premiere.
He was selected as a Top 50 finalist in the nationwide "AACTA/CGA Young Stars 2024" competition. In 2026, Austen portrayed Nath in the feature film "Twice Over" and was accepted into the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) Diploma of Screen Acting program.
Austen began his acting training while in high school at the Ali Roberts Studio, where he studied screen acting and accents. Alongside his acting career, he is a multi-instrumentalist and the founding bass player of the Perth-based band Zaria.
